NEW! Save the Date! Our 2026 Tonawanda Art Showcase will be held on Thursday, April 16th from 5:30-7pm. Our school will turn into an art gallery. NEW! SAVE THE DATES! PTO Tonawanda Boys Bowling Bash 2026 will be held on TWO dates: Wednesday, April 22 for our K4 - 2nd graders and Wednesday, April 26 for our 3rd - 5th graders. Both events will run from 5:30-7:00 PM with check in at 5:15 at the New Berlin Ale House Bowling Alley, 16000 W. Cleveland Ave. one adult must accompany each family at the event! Students are encouraged to wear their Tonawanda Spirit wear/Tiger Trot shirts and clean sneakers. The price includes bowling, pizza, treats, and lemonade. Registration information to come! NEW! Tonawanda welcomes The Ability Center on Wednesday, May 13 and Thursday, May 14. The Ability Center's PE Takeover is an inclusive, school-based program where The Ability Center's staff take over physical education classes for a day or two to teach adaptive sports, such as wheelchair basketball. These sessions focus on disability awareness, enabling students to experience different mobility methods and perspectives. If you'd like to volunteer on one of our days or specifically for your child's experience, please sign up.

NEW! Our State Assessment Window: WI Forward continues for our third, fourth, and fifth grade students after Spring Break, specifically for our fourth grade students and make-up testing for all three grade levels. State testing is a great opportunity for our students to shine and showcase the incredible progress they’ve made throughout the year. While these assessments help us understand how to better support our learners, we know that a child’s best work happens when they feel their best. To help our students feel confident and focused, we ask that you prioritize plenty of rest and a nutritious, filling breakfast each morning. Our goal is for every student to walk into the classroom feeling calm, energized, and ready to do their personal best! Our third and fifth grade students are assessed in the areas of literacy and math. Our fourth grade students are tested in the areas of literacy, math, science, and social studies.
Third Quarter Report Cards and Progress Reports will be available to families on Friday, April 10th at 3:30 PM through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. All students in G1 through G5 will have report cards available for review. At the third quarter end, our 4K and 5K students do not have report cards and our specials (art, music, PE, band, or orchestra) do not report out.
Pop Tab Collection for Ronald McDonald House. Save your pop tabs! Our Community Outreach group of Student Leadership Club would like to announce a friendly grade level competition to collect the most pop tabs from March 23 - May 14. We will be donating all of the pop tabs to the Ronald McDonald House. The grade level that brings in the most pop-tabs will be getting a prize.

Before school drop-off by car is an ACTIVE DROP-OFF process. If your child needs additional assistance to exit your vehicle in the morning, please pull up into the buckle zone. The LANE closest to the sidewalk is an ACTIVE DROP-OFF LANE. Thank you for your help to keep our car drop-off safe for our students and efficient for all of our families.
